I wrote a few letters and got some prize offers, but don't know what to
reply, so I'll share them:

- From O'Reilly: I'd be glad to offer some free ebooks if you like.

Attached is a PDF you can use. Otherwise, I have print books if you want
to choose some.

- From Ubuntu User Magazine: I'll see about getting a couple subscriptions
to Ubuntu User Magazine to give away and see if I can't get 2 copies of
the Official Ubuntu Book 6th Edition to give away. (from our Amber Graner)

- From Canonical: We can certainly help out with your request.
How many prizes do you need and were you thinking of making up goody
bags to send to multiple winners, made up of a selection of goods?

Will you also be receiving goods from others you are reaching out too,
or are we the only ones providing merchandise? Please give me a but more
background on how the prizes will work so I can better meet your needs.

Google: So long as you don't mind that everything we have says Google on
it, and in some cases includes an event or project date(s)  :)  What's
the shipping address?


Any other ideas about other folks to hit up for prizes? And thoughts
about what to reply to these offers?
