[UbuntuWomen] U-W on Diaspora

At the last meeting, I got the action item to research our options on
Diaspora.

There are a few things I see. Feedback welcome. And if I missed something,
please let me know!

I didn't see a page like on Facebook but they do have tags like twitter. So
we could create accounts and pick a hashtag that we'd use, perhaps. Like #uw
or #ubuntuwomen though there's a max of 5.

Now, that's joindiaspora's pod. I'm guessing we could do whatever we want
elsewhere like create a UW account? Maybe someone that uses it more will
know.

It's still in alpha, so who knows what tomorrow brings :)
