I forgot to mention, the policy will be online soon - currently there is
a bug in the site which is preventing me from logging in - when IS
resolve that, I will get it online.

I was thinking it could be cool to have an outreach campaign on Planet,
the Fridge etc, to encourage more women to participate, and maybe
provide feedback and re-assurances from women who have attended UDS
about how it works and answering any questions. Do you think this could
be useful?

Yeah, I love this idea. We discussed this a little this week about maybe
trying to find some community folks who are local to each UDS to
encourage them to help with things like finding alternative
accommodation, helping with travel, and other useful administrative
needs.
