[UbuntuWomen] It's official, over 5% of Ubuntu Members are women!

Hi everyone!

We've known for a couple weeks that one more woman becoming an Ubuntu
Member would cause the Ubuntu Member statistics to to go from 4.98%
and nudge us over that 5% mark - and it happened today!

There are currently 625 Ubuntu Members and (at least) 32 of them are women.

Given that most statistics put the number of women in open source
around 2%, this is pretty exciting for us. Ubuntu Women certainly
can't take all the credit, but we have many testimonials from women in
the community who have said that it helps (it sure helps me!) so
thanks to everyone who continues to make this project amazing :)
