That's what I was thinking. The elements are there and it can be pulled out
as needed -- as long as the balance is kept. Does that make sense? The
current Ubuntu logo has the circle small and to the top right. So this fits
well with that. I haven't looked at the style guide but I assume it can be
used by itself. When doing logos, I like to think of a few applications to
imagine what happens to it in size and use. For example, we would just use
the gender symbol + circle as a fav.ico or if we follow the shirt designs
I've seen then the gender+circle would be on the back upper-left on a shirt.

I still like logos bold on the front, but that's how I roll ;)

I would love to have this as a sticker for my netbook :) I think folks would
be able to see all the words from afar. One way to tell though....
