[UbuntuWomen] Newbie Introduction

Hi!

I am Eleanor Chen, a college girl from China. I have joined this team for a
short period of time and now I want to introduce myself. I am one of the
members who take care of Ubuntu China LoCo and now I want to spread Ubuntu
among Chinese women. My contributions are mainly in l10n and loco events,
but I start to maintain packages too. Thanks for your help.
