I genuinely believe it will be more effective to split out the project
stuff and have #ubuntu-women-project. I believe it is harder to move
social/emotional discussion as doing so breaks the mood or potentially
hits nerves.

I also genuinely believe that even if we abolish any reference of
non-archived discussions between participants of the channel (even on
sensitive topics), and hence start leaving those who *need* this sort of
counsel/mentoring out in the cold, there will probably still be a
contingent who continue to believe we're an clique of chauvinist
Amazonian fem-bots intent on taking over the world.

Because that's how anti-feminism works.
