[UbuntuWomen] UW list and attachments.

As one of the list Admins in question, and a former admin to another linux
list, having links instead of attachments to emails is definitely the norm.
As a member of this list and about 4 others, I can also add that it is
indeed annoying to add said attachments. Thirdly, as a security-minded
person....attachments on mass mailing lists might throw off some red flags
for some mailing systems, causing it to go into spam, or for people to mark
it as spam.

So, in my honest opinion, it wouldn't really be wise to add attachments.
