[UbuntuWomen] Planet Ubuntu default icon

Dear Administrators,

I've noticed that the default icon for Planet Ubuntu:
http://planet.ubuntu.com/images/nobody.png has a beard, and thus the icon
displayed for users who have not supplied a custom picture is gender-specific.

Would it be possible to replace it with a gender-neutral icon, for example, the
Launchpad default icon https://edge.launchpad.net/@@/person-mugshot downsized to
100x100? I could commit the changes to bzr myself, but I probably shouldn't make
such intrusive changes to Planet Ubuntu unilaterally.
