Could you please explain what kind of moderation-related queries come
to irc? This page[0] clearly lists all the admins and clicking on
their names will automatically send a mail to the -owner (which is all
the admins).  For good measure i added a note on [0] "For complaints
or abuse contact the list admins by sending a mail to :
ubuntu-women-owner at lists.ubuntu.com"
