Thank you very much Elizabeth!

I'm very happy for membership but I do say that the final push to apply 
has been when, during last (my first) UW meeting, someone (I don't 
remeber who...sorry  :-) ) said that women should be more active and 
visible inthe community.

So thanks a lot for inspiration too!
