We already have a page of links that seeks to tackle this:
http://wiki.ubuntu-women.org/ChallengingSexism
But it should be added to so it includes some of the more recently
links that have popped up (feminism101, geekfeminism, others that have
become popular this year). I encourage folks to go ahead and tackle
this :)
I don't see much benefit in "re-inventing the wheel" to handle this, a
lot has already been written on the subject of "why?" Plus, when it
comes to identifying and solving the problems this group has very
diverse opinions and it would be tricky to write a document that
everyone could agree upon. It's much safer for us to link to resources
that are available regarding sexism and let people make up their minds
and choose their paths themselves.
Cheers.
