I went ahead and added Linda's suggestion to that RoadMap page with a
"to be discussed" note so we don't lose track of it.

Thanks to Alan Bell for leading the way in compiling this list, having
solid numbers to start off with helps us write concrete goals for the
project and now we know that 4.5% of Ubuntu Members are women :)
