[UbuntuWomen] about conferences

Hi!

I've read about many conferences in this ML, and I was thinking that, 
maybe, we could gather all the conferences, meetings ecc that could be 
of some interest in a table on a Wiki page, where we could write who 
attends or simply takes part in it.
In this way we could know who partecipate and in case meet, and we could 
hold a trace of that meeting in which UW is present.
