Hello Ubuntu Women,

I am new to Linux, to Ubuntu, and to mailing lists, and I am working my way
through web tutorials and a few books to familiarize myself with this new
world.  So far I am absolutely thrilled with the great tools and features
I'm finding, which are far superior to the MS world I've been living in for
the past 20 years.

I joined the list because I am a new computer programming student, and I'd
like to find ways to participate in the Ubuntu community that will also
offer me ways to expand my learning.  I'm thinking bug squad might be a good
place to start...But I'm open to any suggestions.
