Linuxchix has a moderated list (jobposts) for this. Suppose we allow
folks to post job openings on this list with a [jobs/commercial] tag

In India, most would be rejected for being under-qualified or not
having the right pedigree (read not from prestigious colleges/univ),
or not being able to communicate well. But there are some firms[0]
that dont care so much for pieces of paper. Exceptions to the norm,
but its nice that they exist :)
