[UbuntuWomen] introducing carol

Hi ubuntu-women people,

I just subscribed to ubunto-women and I'd like to introduce myself.

For a job I am a Perl programmer and Debian system administrator.
Originally I'm an astrophysicist. My native language is Dutch. In my
free time I'm spending a lot of time with a Hardy installation on my
MacBook (too much time :) ).

I was happy to see there is an Ubuntu Women group and I hope to meet and
be of value. Next step for me is to meet other technically inclined
people, especially women. I would like to learn packaging for Ubuntu.
I'm reading the Developer wiki pages about that and I hope to find
someone who can help me with it.
