the favicon is too small to have text anyway.

in many parts of the world some folks may not know the + represents a
womens group so maybe we should consider keeping the "UW" or
"Ubuntu-Women" of "UbuntuWomen" or "Ubuntu"/"Women" (text up and down)
, below the logo.

Thoughts...?
