[UbuntuWomen] launchpad icon?

Hi, 

I am mouz and I would like to propose to have an icon in launchpad for
the ubuntu-women group. I will write down my first short thoughts
about it, so we can discuss it.

I like the row of tiny icons on the Lauchpad profiles very much. It is
an easy way to get an idea about who you are dealing with. And often
they are pretty and nice to look at.

I would like your opinions about the following, and about whatever
other thoughts you have on the subject:

1. Are there any objections to having an icon? If you have some, and
you do not want to say it in the open, and you trust me, please mail
me before 1st Aug 2008. I will report the objection counts and forget
about your name immediately.

2. How will we get a good icon? I'm not able to create one and a first
search showed up nothing but a toilet sign :) My first ideas on how to
get one:
 -  Ask the ubuntu-art team to make one, maybe by filing a bug,
	 otherwise send a mail
 -  Ask the author of the [http://xkcd.com xkcd comics] to
	 create one for us. I will need help with writing a good mail.
 -  Others try to do a search. I figure it must have a free
	 license.

3. Would the following be good for an icon? The default team icon
(https://edge.launchpad.net/@@/team-mugshot) has a red person behind
the blue one. That one should look to the front and it could have to
tails at the sides so it is clearly a woman. 

4. Wat, in your opinions, are good examples of existing group icons?
