OK, good to know. Thanks for the guidance. How about another piece I wrote a
while back (which I would love to see in print):

Ubuntu Women's upcoming developers

P1 Stats on declining / increasing number of women in tech / software /
Ubuntu

P2 Why women go into tech (a quote or two from Ubuntu Women)

P3 Why they don't / Why they leave

P4-6 Why Ubuntu can and should be a warm and welcoming environment for me
and my daughter (this is my favorite part, there is much to love about
Ubuntu)

P7 What we can do to foster a love of software, list of favorite games where
kids do developer-type activities

This particular piece would be hard to keep under 500 words, so maybe skip
P1-3 and go straight to the helpful tips?

More feedback? Is this concept on target?
