[UbuntuWomen] Translators for Zh, Vi, Pt, Ca - help retire our old wiki!

Forgive me if those abbreviations aren't good enough to know what
languages these pages are in, but I made the final step to retire our
old wiki.ubuntu.com wiki this morning.

Now we need some people speaking the appropriate languages to put
notes on top of  each of the following pages explaining that the pages
have moved - and unfortunately there is no new translations. No need
to delete or change the content unless you notice something that's
obviously wrong/changed.
