Greetings,
As per the discussion last week[0] regarding how to define Ubuntu For
All and make it work, I've gone ahead and created the wiki name space to
be built upon[1] and put down what my thoughts for the project are
currently. Please take a look at the page and respond with any queries,
objections or concerns. Until we have a mailing list set up, please
reply to everyone.
Currently, off the top of my head, I can identify 4 projects which fall
under the general umbrella of the initiative[2]:
* Ubuntu Accessibility
* Ubuntu LGBT (lesbian/gay/bisexual/transexual)
* Ubuntu Women
* Ubuntu Youth
If you can identify any other groups that may find this relevant, please
let me know so I can approach them. Additionally, feel free to update
contact information on the ProjectList page as changes are needed.
Please feel welcome to expand the name space and include information
about the activities of the teams, so we may all benefit from the
knowledge and experiences each other have faced.
Currently, things that need doing include:
* LP Team to join the seperate teams
* Mailing List
* More info on the wiki
I'll work towards getting the above organised within the week.
Thanks everyone.
