Hi,

I just read through these links, and found them really interesting and
insightful. Thanks for sharing them.

And btw. I just wanted to add one thought that came to my mind, about
speaking up against offensive statements. While I do speak up whenever
I feel that it is needed, I also tend to avoid groups and communities
where abusive language is tolerated to a large degree in the first
place. I do not actively avoid them, but I am just driven away
somehow.

And I guess that happens to a lot of people in my position who are not
the target of discrimination but would like and maybe could help
against it. I do not really know how to work around that, but maybe
one could lobby nice individuals who take part in such groups. ;-)

Anyways, I will continue to try to do what I can, and now I will go
back to lurking mode. :-)

Cheers
-Richard
