Well, now, this is an important distinction.

If it does look official, and could be misconstrued as official, then it
would fall outside of parody, and be fair game for trademark suits.

It does not, to me, appear anything like official, though, particularly
in the context in which it was found, and I think you'd have a hard case
to show that it was, which is why I've been arguing that Canonical's
hands are tied in this matter.
