[UbuntuWomen] Belinda Lopez becomes an Ubuntu Member!

I would have posted about this earlier, but we've had so many other
things going on here :)

On Monday Belinda (dinda) went to the Community Council Meeting and was
confirmed as an Ubuntu Member!

This was very much deserved.
