[UbuntuWomen] Sarah Hobbs (hobbsee) Becomes a Core Developer!

Sarah Hobbs became an Ubuntu Core Developer[1] this week. The team
currently boasts 44 members on Launchpad and we're quite sure Sarah is
the first woman to enter the ranks.

Congrats Sarah! Way to make history in Ubuntu!
