This was merely information for those within Ubuntu-Women who have been
waiting for this list, such as those who have previously been involved
in Ubuntu For All discussions here. It was not an announce as such, but
rather 'Further discussion on this topic should be carried out on...' info.

However, it is an umbrella project under which UW now falls, and hence
relevant.
