There is no leader as in a single person handling or being the
spokesperson on behalf of UW. As the founder I didnt think it was an
optimum thing to focus on a single individual in any volunteer
organisation. In short, your work should speak volumes, so the stress
is more on working together as a team and getting things done. I
simply synergise with any other team/person/or organisation (say LC)
for a specific task to be completed.

At this point if its not clear already that is :) the mailing list is
the point of contact along with the forums for any woman wishing to
start out anywhere at UW or even Ubuntu. The IRC channel exists but
since no logs are maintained and timezones being the way they are, it
is always better to use a transparent and open forum like the list or
the forums to communicate :)
