Sounds like a great combo - wish i had a dog like that when i was in debt :)
I suppose I should introduce myself as well,
I'm Liz, mother of 4, happily married.
Ive been using linux since 9 months after i got my first PC - shortly before
meeting my husband (who also uses linux , though not to the extent i do).
For a living i contract out installing, configuring various linux servers, and
programming.
All the kids are Linux compatible except the oldest son, who love to game
(though even he can compile his own games and loves a good round at postal2)
I started with slackware, moved to debian about a year or two later (at
husbands urging) and then in the last year to kubuntu (yes im a KDE fan).
In my spare time i do hikeing/tramping, fix friends computers for free, have a
bunch of pet birds, oh and run a New Zealand linux mirror (with most ISO
distros and an ubuntu and debian package repository).
Liz
