Welcome Yolynne!
The wiki has a list of many of the women who have introduced themselves on the
list:
http://wiki.ubuntu-women.org/Profiles
Since it's a wiki anyone can add themselves.
The mailing list subscriber list is not public though.

A possible meeting cycle has been discussed in the past. Unfortunately (for
this idea) Ubuntu-Women come from all over the world and it's been tricky to
coordinate such a thing in IRC.

There is a conversation going on in there as I type this :)
But it is rather sporadic, so you just have to say "hi" and plop yourself in
the channel for a couple hours. Again, we're from all over the world so our
schedules are all over the clock.
