[UbuntuWomen] Translation and U-W team (Launchpad)

Hi everyone :)

If we're a Launchpad team, we can use Launchpad/Rosetta for our  
translations.

That would simplify the issue enormously: no need for specialist  
editors, it distributes the task so more than one person can work on  
the same file but not duplicate effort, and it's very easy to use.

My preferred online translation interface is Pootle, because it's  
free software (sadly, Rosetta is not), and I'm involved in its  
development [1]: it's the cutting edge in this kind of technology.  
However, I'd be happy to use Rosetta for Ubuntu projects. :)

I haven't set up a translation project on Rosetta before. Svaksha,  
are you happy to do that, set one up for U-W? (If you don't have  
time, I'm willing to do it.)

We will want to assign a translation team, and specific members from  
this group, to avoid outside editing, however well-meant. There are a  
LOT of people on Launchpad. ;)

It's very exciting, to see things develop like this! :D
