The Ubuntu community has grown a lot in the past year thanks to all

Hello Dave,
We do try to find a balance as much a possible and you will find men
volunteering on the UW lists, admin and IRC too as in the rest of the
community. I sincerely hope that  does not stop women from taking a
more active role here.
