Hi  Youngbin Han and thanks for your email.

Ubuntu-VN Local has been inactive for a long while and I bet that some
already forgot this.

Hence, I am afraid that it will be hard to mobilize people for this
purpose.

I will post and share with my network too but prefer to keep the
expectation low.
