¿pobre?... Nigeria es un país petrolero y después de Surafrica, es el país
de Africa con mayor ingreso per cápita del continente y es miembro de la
OPEP.  Como país petrolero y rentista que es, abunda la corrupción en todos
los niveles de gobierno, y a pesar de sus cuantiosos ingresos, las
desigualdades sociales entre el pueblo y la oligarquía
gubernamental-empresarial son abismales.

En esta negociación, lo que privó no fue el buen juicio y el beneficio de la
nación, sino el soborno, la comisión y el ingreso fácil.  También pudo haber
habido algún tipo de chantaje de parte de Microsoft... en fin,
lamentablemente privó el dinero y perdió el Software Libre...

Nota: cualquier similitud con un país petrolero suramericano es pura
coincidencia.
