[utah-devel] Client schema update

Hi All,

With version 0.9 actively validating the master.run schema, is it 
possible to
validate the master.run before the provisioning?

For instance I just helped someone update an old Jenkins job (where the
master.run was without the 'testsuites:' line, It appeared that the
install/provision failed but I couldn't confirm as I didn't immediately see
anything in the logs regarding the failure.
It would be nice to not have to wait 10-20 minutes for the installation 
then get
a catchable failure.

Oh by the way, the realtime installation logging introduced in the same 
version
is awesome, very helpful.
