It's been a while since Iremoved Snap on a Ubuntu 22.04 machine. I
believe these are the steps I took:

1. Stop Snap service
2. Remove Snap with Apt, Apt-Get, etc. Also remove Firefox, and other
Snap warez.
3. Remove Systemd Snap files. This removes service files, links, etc.
Once the list looks good, delete them

# find /etc -iname '*snap*'

4. Reboot the machine
5. Delete /var/lib/snap and friends
6. Disable Snap in APt:

# cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/no-snap.pref
Package: snapd
Pin: release *
Pin-Priority: -1

7. Enable PPAs for packages of interest:

# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mozillateam-ubuntu-ppa-jammy.list
deb https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mozillateam/ppa/ubuntu/ jammy main

8. Install packages from PPA
