On a Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS, I upgraded the ssh package via "apt
upgrade" just before February 20, 2022 and noticed the timestamp
on the ssh and sshd went backwards instead of forwards.

Did this happen to anyone else? Can anyone with this version of
ssh/sshd check/compare our hashes and modification times?
