Updates are never forced on Ubuntu.<br>

<div style="direction: ltr;">That’s not so.</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;">For compatibility reasons, and regression test, I kept a dedicated machine at 16.04.</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;">About 3 months ago, it got upgraded to 18.04 without asking.</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;">It does boot, but little works, and becomes catacomic after an hour.</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;"><br>
</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;">As I also have a specific 18.04 machine, this was obviously not something I want.</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;"><br>
</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;">Ps. On all my machine I have my daily checks for updates turned off.</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;"><br>
</div>
<div style="direction: ltr;">So, forced updates DO happen on Ubuntu.</div>
