If so, I recommend you remove the snap version of chromium. </div><div><br></div><div>$ snap remove chromium</div><div><br></div><div>and install the apt version</div><div><br></div><div>$ sudo apt install chromium-browser</div><div><br></div><div>UNFORTUNATELY there are a few limitations of the snap versions of browsers, INCLUDING that host connectors don't work. So my password manager, for example, cannot talk to Chromium. I don't know why a vendor would include the snap version of chromium on Ubuntu Bionic 18.04 LTS (it wasn't forced until Ubuntu Eoan 19.10 and later).
