I have to put together some non-interactive video lessons from my<br>
Ubuntu 19.10 laptop. That, is do something with the laptop and<br>
explaining it, with the audio always on, alternating live video of the<br>
screen (maybe with me in a small picture-in-picture) and of myself<br>
full screen.  And save the whole video for later uploading to a<br>
server.<br>

What is the best software right now to do this on Ubuntu? I do all<br>
sorts of online teaching but did not have this specific need for a<br>
while, and now need to get current asap.<br>
