Also I did the wireless info but do not know how to open it or understand it. When I go to my wireless the blue wireless in this HP Laptop will switch from orange to blue an few times and then settle on the blue. The icon in the top status bar for wireless will pulsate and when I try to go to the Internet it drops it. I can get back wireless by clicking on the antenna icon but after about 30 seconds it drops.
