<div dir="ltr">Engineer Amer,<div><br></div><div>I just setup 2 VMs with both a NAT and a Host-only adapter. I ended up with VM1 at 192.168.56.101 and VM2 at 192.168.56.102. Both VMs can see the other. I did not alter any of the preassigned IP addresses. I then installed openssh-server on each of the VMs and had no difficulty ssh-ing between them. I can also ssh to each of the VMs from the host using the 192.168.56.10n addresses.</div><div><br></div><div>Are you setting up both the NAT and Host-only adapters? Without the NAT adapters, I don't believe you'll be able to update either of your VMs. Perhaps you could send the results of an ifconfig command for both VMs.</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr">Regards,<div>Dick Dowdell<div>Phone: 508-528-4018 Mobile: 508-498-7919</div></div></div></div></div>
