It suggests that I need to install the so-called GStreamer plugins from the "bad" set - however, my system, Kubuntu 14.04 LTS, already contains the apparently latest version of this package: 1.2.4-1~ubuntu1. This might explain why MMS radio streams already do play via VLC. However, my question how to get Clementine playing such streams still not has been answered in my case.</p>
