a problem (see <a href="http://serverfault.com/questions/430682/dpkg-warning-files-list-file-for-package-x-missing" target="_blank">http://serverfault.com/questions/430682/dpkg-warning-files-list-file-for-package-x-missing</a>).<br>

The answer there includes a command that will automatically re-install<br>
all the problematic packages, though I cannot personally vouch for it.<br>
