all your settings just how you left them. You just have to reinstall

I have been doing that for 10 years.. I always reuse the same
username, just so I get all my old configs.. and email, favorites,
etc. I ran into an issue recently where I tried to install E17 from
the E17 site, not the repositories. That means I had to compile a
bunch of other programs. It got all ..screwed up, so I reinstalled
ubuntu . Now everything is fine and I just installed E17 from the
repositories. Even though it is a revision back, I'll live with
that:)<br>
