Right now I am looking for a couple of Allen wrenches that will fit<br>
whatever socket is in the head of a box of 0-80 flat head screws. I spent<br>
$21 just now for an SAE kit that went down to 0.050", too big, and a metric<br>
kit that went down to 1.27mm, closer but still too big. I think I need a<br>
1mm, or I see that I can get .9mm and .7mm in a kit from amazon, but its 40<br>
dollars!<br>

I haven't been able to measure it exactly as the inside tips of every<br>
caliper I have are too thick to engage in that small a socket. I may have<br>
to wind up mounting the rotary table on the mill, chuck up a dremel diamond<br>
disk in the mill, stick a broken carbide tool in the chuck the table<br>
carries, write some code and make one that fits precisely.<br>
<br>
The real problem I'm sure you can see, is that I have too many hobbies.<br>
OTOH, it does help to keep me out of the bars. :)<br>
