$ egrep '(vmx|svm)' /proc/cpuinfo<br>

If you get nothing returned, your cpu isn't VT enabled & you can't use<br>
kvm (whether xen is in the repos for 11.10, I've no idea).<br></blockquote></div><div>This has nothing to do with problem of OP, you still can install virt-manager and<br>use an ssh connection to control a machine which is in network one can install virt-manager at<br>
