<span style="font-family: Verdana;">For $20 a year, and a dedicated old (not Linux) computer, it is unbeatable in my opinion. Never a dropped call. I use mine on a daily basis with no complaints.</span>
I just checked their website, they now have a new "MagicJack Plus" that doesn't require a computer host to work, little AC adapter for the wall. They still don't support Linux but I would almost bet that they have an embedded Linux in the MagicJack Plus unit. You still have to have a DSL broadband line to support Voice Over IP.
