Like I said, the physical wireless "on" button will not turn it on.</p><div>Looking at the "wireless" icon, it says "wireless is disabled by hardware switch".</div><div>It said before there was no wireless firmware.</div><div>Enable wireless is grayed out. It was not with the USB wireless tranceiver before,</div><div>when the system did a series of "driver updates" on it's own. System updates said</div><div>everything was at the latest version.
