<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>I have an ALPS touchpad that has a working multitouch functionality on Windows. On my Maverick Meerkat installation, the touchpad isn't detected, so I have to tell the kernel to treat it as an ImPS/2 mouse.</div>
<div><br></div><div>On Natty, it is successfully recognised as an ALPS touchpad, but another PS/2 mouse also shows up. I guess the touchpad actions are go through the PS/2 mouse thing, because <b>synclient -m 100 shows no </b>activity from the ALPS. Scrolling and multitouch do not work as of now( yes, I have uTouch installed). Scrolling works when I tell the Kernel to use it as an ImPS/2 mouse.</div>
